MGTC Midget 1948 pedal car, medium mostly Birch Baltic Plywood, the builder Andy Sweetland from Switzerland. Andy has been using Perma-Grit Tools for many years, the tools are still going strong! Shown below is an original set of 8 Hand tools, with round wooden dowel files, which had the Flexible sheet glued to them! Andy has been an Aero modeller for many years. He became an RAF apprentice engineer in 1961, and remained in aviation until his retirement in 2015, working with Boeing, Airbus, McDonnell-Douglas, Swissair and AES Aviation. Thank you Andy for the pictures and for supporting Perma-Grit tools in the early days. It's always interesting to see what other people have on their work bench - lucky grandchildren!
