Lincoln Cathedral Contempory Gargoyle
http://www.lincolncathedral.com A contemporary gargoyle carved by Lincoln Cathedral’s Master Mason. A snake with a human hand and skull features a gold coin between its teeth and ‘£’ signs in its eyes, was fixed during the recent financial crisis as an homage to greedy bankers. (Worked with traditional stone masonry tools)
North West Turret
The main focus of Lincoln masonry work at present is the North West Turret. They are now into the third year of a five year project to restore both turrets, which frame the West Front of the Cathedral.
